just imagine,nk wt 1 cake,nk kne timbang itu ini..

dekat sebulan lebey jgk laa..mcm2 ak blaja..

tp if bg pilihan,ak lg prefer baker compared thn pastry..
cz baker ni best..tp ak x taw nk discribe cm ne..
ak blaja ngn chef kt sne..nme dy Tamimi..
he is such a great baker! ap2 roti yg dy buat,mst jd gebu,lembut n puffy..
ak bnyk blaja ngn dy..cara2 wt roti yg btl..hati2 jgk la ak tlg dy wt roti..

sem ni,ktorg ad subjek international cuisine..
almost every week,ad mcm2 jenis roti dlm menu..
for almost 4 week,ak dpt peluang 2 kali wt roti..
1st mse italy week..ak kne wt ricotta bread..
roti yg ak wt 2 dpt pujian dri Chef..dy sgt ske roti ak 2..
2nd time is smlm..mediteranian week..
ak kne wt black olive bread..same as before,Chef puji roti ak..

bkn sbb chef bnyk puji hasil keje ak..x terfikir smp ke situ pn..
just,ntah la..ak rse enjoy ble wt roti..
even wt roti 2 agk leceh,nk kne rest,pas2 kne fold lg,mcm2 step..
tp ble ak wt sndri,ak x rse pn bnd 2 mbeban kn ak..
tp ak rse sgt2 senang n enjoy wt bnd 2..

tp ak x sure..cz tkot jgk..cz roti2 yg ak wt ni pn,biase2 je..
n ak fikir,maybe sume roti yg ak wt 2,kebetulan je masak dgn cantik..
mngkin nasib ak je yg baik mse 2..spe taw?

tp 2 la..ak cm x yakin untk jd baker..
but,practice make perfect rite?
2 je ak pk..now ak kne curi peluang yg ad untk prctice lebey..
